Wascana Centre Park


Designed by renowned architect Thomas Mawson, Wascana Centre is a 930-hectare urban park situated around Wascana Lake in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. It was first opened for public in 1912. Wascana Lake and the Saskatchewan Legislative Building are the focal points of the park’s layout. The University of Regina, the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, the Conexus Arts Centre, the Saskatchewan Science Centre, and the CBC Regional Broadcast Centre are prominent landmarks.
