Magog River Gorge Walk

The Sherbrooke-Mhist Museum of History is housed in the historic building of the Sherbrooke Post Office and Customs Bureau, which was also the city’s first municipal library. Société d’histoire des Cantons-de-l’Est, which was founded in March 1927, changed its name to the Musée d’histoire de Sherbrooke in 1919. It oversees three exhibition halls: one for the permanent exhibition, Memories Sherbrookoises; another for temporary thematic exhibitions; and a third for the exhibition hall in the heart of Frontenac, the oldest hydroelectric central station still in operation in Quebec.
