Palacio de la Aljafería

Constructed in the latter part of the 11th century in the Taifa of Zaragoza in Al-Andalus, modern-day Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain, the Aljafería Palace is a fortified medieval palace. During the reign of Abu Jaffar Al-Muqtadir, it served as the Banu Hud dynasty’s residence.
